Hi guys! My last 100 Happy Days post went up embarrassingly late on Saturday instead of last Wednesday! Sorry about that, I was a little behind on my planning. But this week I’m making up for it by posting it bang on time! Hope you enjoy it. Check out the previous posts here.
It’s been amazingly warm for the past week or so and my friends and I decided to tempt fate (whenever you try to do something remotely summery in England it decides to rain), and go to the pub for a couple of drinks outside in the sunshine! Thankfully the sun remained out and we had a lovely afternoon!
As I’m sure you’re aware if you’re a regular reader here at Simply Redhead, I went to Sheffield on Thursday for the Bloggers Breakfast at Meadowhall. I had a great time, and wrote a post and even Vlogged about it, which you can see here and here!
This weekend I took a trip home and snapped this shot of the Humber bridge as I was leaving Hull. It looked pretty stunning against the backdrop of blue sky and sea!
The reason I went home was because it was my brother’s 18th Birthday. I wrote a blog post about what we got up to as we had a pretty fun-filled day celebrating, starting with a glass of champagne at brunch!
I was a little bit cheeky and did two pics on the same day. I missed one out a few weeks ago, and I was feeling pretty happy on Saturday so decided to do an extra one! This is of my and my bro when we went up the Shard to celebrate his birthday.
Spring has well and truly sprung, and I couldn’t resist taking a picture of these daffodils underneath the blossom tree in my garden!
I picked up this apple and peach Ribena plus at a WH Smith the other day. I’ve never seen them before! I guess they’re a new flavour? They had a couple of other flavours I hadn’t seen before too. Anyone know if they’re stocking them in UK supermarkets too? It was delicioso!
We decided to have a little cinema trip yesterday to see Non-Stop. I highly recommend it. It stars Liam Neeson and Julianne Moore. Probably the most tense film I’ve seen since Captain Phillips, so if thrillers or plane hijacking aren’t your thing, I’d give this one a miss!
