How I manage Alopecia & Haircare Routine

Managing Alopecia is something that I have never ever talked about on my Internet space, although I have had the condition since I was a young teenager. For a long time it was something I was very embarrassed about, but with time and age the self-consciousness has ebbed away a little. Putting it out there for everyone to watch, though, was always a step further than I was comfortable with.

It is not until my recent discovery of a product and finding a consistent way to manage my hair loss, that I began really wanting to share what was working for me in the hopes that it might help someone else going through a tough time with alopecia.

It has only ever affected patches of my hair that were thankfully mostly not noticeable to others, unless I pointed them out. In that way I am very lucky, but I find I still ask my friends and family to “tell me if my bald pot is showing”, when out in public, so I can hastily cover it up with my other hair.

Hairburst really changed the quality of my hair and since taking the vitamins daily my hair has started to grow back in the spots it was thinnest, which I am really grateful for. I explain all in the video below.

I would really like to get the conversation about alopecia going because it is not something I’ve really seen a lot of people on YouTube talk about, but I also know it’s a pretty common experience. So please do comment below if you’ve ever experienced it and share the products that you work for you!
